Q.What is a ‘luxury stay’?
The VIP Life!
It means that you stay at a Branded Luxury Hotel, which has been carefully and diligently selected by icanstay.com and has all amenities that are available at a Luxury category hotel like a Swimming Pool, Gym, Restaurants etc. The name of the Hotel is not revealed, as it is a Hidden Deal given by the Partner Hotel who otherwise sells these rooms at a very high price point.
Q.How come you are offering a luxury stay at 2,999?
Our experienced team from the Hospitality Industry has done large scale deals with our Partner Hotels. We pass on the benefits of these deals to our esteemed customers.
Q.How much advance planning can i do for my stay?
We offer you the flexibility to search for your stay up to 2 days in advance. So, while you search for your stay, we give you an option to select from Today, Tomorrow and Day After.
Similarly, you have an option of creating your Wishlist for your planned stays upto 10 months in Advance. You can create unlimited Wishlist per Voucher. We send you an Offer of Stay via SMS upto 2 days in advance subject to availability of rooms. You have an option to accept the Offer of Stay or change your Wishlist date at anytime without any charges.
Q.How many people can stay in one room?
2+1. No kidding!
Two adults and one child can stay in one room. The age limit of a child may vary from hotel to hotel and will be as per Hotel Policy.

Q.How many rooms can be booked while making a reservation against my voucher(s)?
Sky is not the limit.
The maximum number of nights you can book remains a lonesome ‘one’ per Voucher. However, you can book a maximum of four rooms in one go provided you have enough vouchers.
Q.How do i find directions to the hotel?
Google Maps my friend!
Google Maps is usually spot-on when it comes to directions. We will send you the Google Map of your booked Hotel at the time of redemption.
Q.What is the ‘guaranteed stay plan’?
It is certainly not rocket science!
Under this plan, a person buying the voucher is assured that he/she will be able to redeem a voucher against one of the Five wishlist keyed in. In the event that we are not able to send a notification of “Offer of Stay” against any of the Five dates of the wishlist, we guarantee an additional voucher, 'Free of Cost'. We also make sure that the existing voucher also remains valid for the remaining period.
A few key points to bear in mind while putting together your wishlist:
There can be a maximum of Two dates on your wishlist per month.
The gap between each wishlist should be atleast 15 days for ‘Guaranteed Stay Plan to be applicable.
It is imperative for you to put in all Five wishlist.
GSP Voucher holders can also redeem the vouchers through Search your Stay for immediate redemption.
Q.Does icanstay.com guarantee the availability of room on the desired date?
Within reason.
At icanstay.com we guarantee the availability of a room under the Guaranteed Stay Plan (GSP) only. We recommend that you put in your wishlist (maximum 5 against each Voucher) and we will make all efforts to ensure that we provide you with a Luxury Stay on your desired Date and Destination.

Seriously, it’s super easy and free of cost. All you have to do is, become a registered member by entering your details in the required fields.
Q.Why should i register on icanstay.com?
We’ve designed the interface to make it easy for you to navigate with a dedicated dashboard section. Access your complete booking history, your wishlist, check the vouchers you have purchased, refunds processed and any amendments which may have been made at a later date. With all your archived history in one place you will never be at a loss of information!
Q.How do i purchase a voucher on icanstay.com?
Go to ‘Buy Voucher’, fill in your details, and pay via multiple options available on our SSL secured payment gateway network. You have multiple options to pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Wallets.
Q.How do i redeem my icanstay voucher(s)?
Simply, effectively, and immediately.
To help us ‘Plan Your Stay’ better, create a wishlist (5 per Voucher) of your preferred dates/week/month/special occasions.
Once we have notified you an Offer of Stay against a date on your wishlist, a booking window will open up for you. You will have thirty minutes to redeem your voucher, upon which the details of your hotel and stay will be generated automatically by our system, confirming your booking. You will receive a SMS and an E-Mail of your Hotel details post redemption of your Voucher.
You also have an option to ‘Search Your Stay’ for same day stay OR next day and redeem your voucher.
‘Search Your Stay’ from a list of icanstay destinations. Once you have the list, it’s your call whether you would like to redeem your voucher or hold out for another date.
Q.What all is included in my voucher?
A one night stay for upto two adults and kid(s) as per Hotel Policy are included in the voucher along with hotel amenities as per the hotel offerings. On top of that we ensure that the voucher amount is inclusive of all taxes.
Q.Can i give my voucher to someone else?
Sorry boss—not happening.
Vouchers can only be redeemed by you. However, your spouse, your kids or your parents can stay against that voucher. Make sure they carry an ID-proof to validate their relationship with the voucher holder. Therefore, it cannot be resold or transferred in any way.
Q.Do vouchers expire?
Unfortunately, they do.
All of our vouchers have an expiration date and is valid for 11 months, which is listed on the voucher upon the time of purchase.
Q.Can i extend the validity on my voucher?
Absolutely.
You can extend the validity of your voucher as per terms and conditions.
Q.Can i gift a voucher to someone else?
Yes, intelligently.
Since you’ve made up your mind on gifting a voucher to a loved one, we’ll just let you slip into the process with ease now. Fill in details like the number of vouchers you want to gift and the name of the person you would like to purchase the voucher for. You will have to feed in the mobile number and Email-Id of the person to whom you are gifting the experience to and voila, it’s done!

Q.How do i make a wishlist?
Like a pro!
First thing first—wishlist is a collection of dates you would like to redeem your voucher against, which will help us plan your stay. We like to give you multiple choices against every voucher that you have purchased and therefore have set the number at not more than five dates per Voucher. All you have to do is go to ‘Make a Wishlist’ on the Dashboard and put in your preferred icanstaydestinations and your dates/week/month/special occasions.
Q.Can i change my wishlist?
Definitely!
Yes, you can easily edit your wishlist and change it as you like. Once you have edited your wishlist you will get the notifications according to the changes made.
Q.What happens if i don't reply to the notification within 2 hours?
Time’s Up!
In the event that you don’t reply within 2 hours of you receiving the Offer of Stay notification, then your booking window will no longer remain open for you to confirm a stay. However your voucher remains valid and you have the option to go and recreate your wishlist. We will notify you the next time against another date on your wishlist.
You are also free to Search your Stay and in case a room is available, you can still redeem your voucher.
Q.What if i reply to the notification after 2 hours?
404 Error.
You will be notified that your session or booking window period has expired. However, you are free to search your stay and in case a room is still available you can redeem your voucher.
Q.Can i cancel my booking after confirmation?
No can do!
Once you’ve confirmed your stay against the "Offer of Stay", it cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded. We know it sounds harsh, but we do this so that you are never short changed on any of our amazing stay procured just for you. So in order to avoid this faux pas, make sure you are absolutely certain before you confirm your stay!
Q.Why didn’t i get a notification against my wishlist?
First come, first-serve!
The most probable reason for you for not getting notified is that you were not the first to add it to your wishlist. One of the reasons why we encourage you to create your wishlist the minute you purchase a voucher so that you are first in line when a booking window opens.
Q.How will i receive confirmation of my booking?
Via Sms and Email!
The moment your booking is confirmed you will receive an sms notification and a confirmation of your booking on your Email ID. All you have to do at the time of check-in is show the same to the hotel on your phone or tab along with a valid photo ID.
Q.How do i search a stay?
Go to ‘Search your Stay’ option on the menu, select your destination and date you would like to book. That’s it, you’re done!
Q.Who all are eligible in my family to stay on a confirmed booking?
Depends…
Your dependents are the only ones eligible! For instance, it’s perfectly alright if your father, mother, wife or kids make use of a booking. Make sure they carry an ID-proof to validate their relationship with the voucher holder. Siblings however are not eligible.
